Rational or irrational? Which of the two states to be favored??

whole life rational?? I do not think is possible, and perhaps for good luck. Being irrational, it is sometimes pleasant: we follow what the mind tells the body to do, without understanding the essence of the moment thing really is happening!
Love is an irrational?? I think not, although I would say so! Say yes because I, like many people I know, we are not able to explain it fully.
Analizzare una situazione sentimentale, prenderne il distacco con razionalità, seppur ci sia da parte della persona che decide un grosso coinvolgimento emotivo, è perciò una situazione che dovrebbe destarci paura? Se poi quella decisione viene piena razionalmente, senza secondi fini, perchè ci si rende conto esattamente della situazione, ci può rendere più "aridi"????????
Personalmente non credo. Credo piuttosto che il processo di razionalizzazione degli eventi a cui siamo soliti rispondere in maniera irrazionale sia motivo di crescita e amore. Amore verso se stessi. Dare un valore alla propria persona, ponendo se stessi in una situazione di privilegio. Volere bene a se stessi talvolta soignifica break off a relationship because it is clear that this will never, ever make progress toward the goal that we really want, though at that moment is a gratifying situation, but no perspective!
